This is a difficult task.
This website: https://www.eafit.edu.co/idiomas/Paginas/inicio.aspx uses an ugly system on the backend, that is even uglier than wordpress! I would like to create a partnership with EAFIT, and re-write their digital systems.
This task is for creating the front page only, no functionality, no page other than the front page.
You would have to create at least a fresh blank Drupal theme, and a fresh blank drupal module.
You can copy-paste the entirety of the front page of EAFIT, to make it look similar.
Note! I am a technical developer, so I will be evaluating the quality of html, js and css files that you write.
